I've mapped my wacom so that I only use the top left corner of the tablet. I'm right handed and this layout gives me something to rest my wrist on when working in the bottom of the screen - previously my wrist was on the desk when I was working near th bottom.
Oh and that is with the small tablet. With a medium tablet I guess you would have a bigger "resting pad'

I did the same setup as well on my wacom pro small and additionaly I'm thinking of even make smaller working space on tablet. It means having a medium one or large gives you enough space for beer or launch ☺ Did you guys use some of those buttons for shortcuts and if so, could you give some suggestions?

The top three buttons I have mapped to Duplicate Layer, Radial Menu and Ctrl-Z.

The bottom three are mapped to Ctrl, Alt and Pan/Scroll.
