That was my 2nd choice Ron. I liked how you can see the "rain" (or in this case squirt bottle spray)... but do you think I could get any drops to stick to the tendril?

A few shots from today. It was showery and the sky pretty grey all day

A couple of a small bird of prey. Had to crop in on these.

Some other pics I took down the creek the other day. I went at midday, so lots of nice warm sunlight filtering through to an area that is mostly shaded for the rest of the day

Well I have had an absolutely lovely day today. Packed up my camera (just my camera, nothing else) and a picnic lunch and hopped on the bike and went out to a spot known as Crams Farm. It's an old dairy farm that the local council have turned into parkland on the banks of the local water supply dam. It's peaceful and quiet during the week. We arrived to a totally deserted park and while there maybe 6 cars came in, stopped briefly, and then went on their way.

The dam is packed with waterbirds. Not that they are friendly. They all flew away if I got anywhere near, but a few other birds hung around.

Took a drive out to one of the lovely rural spots in our area. It really is a beautiful spot, even though it was heavily overcast at times and we saw very little sunshine.
This is Mt Warning/Wollumbin. You can see it from just about every spot in our local area, and for miles around
