video and pulsing lights

I had an issue with this at a recent outdoor Holiday lights event, so I read up on it and adjusted the settings in my camera that were supposed to get rid of this and it didn't. Is there a special trick to this? Is it maybe because I'm shooting at 60fps or something other than turning on the flicker reduction options?

Just to follow up on this. I've shut off the 60fps and it's still happening. I've tried a combination of settings and nothing seems to get rid of it

ok thank you! yes one of the main reasons I got this camera was for it's video capabilities. I had a D7100 prior to this but need video, and I also have LOTS of nikon glass that I'm not willing to part with!
