Wow -- what a beautiful rig! It's too nice to take on the road. Two questions -- is that a reefer that you haul and are those some sort of special rear wheels on your tractor, maybe for improved aerodynamics?

Those are covers for the wheel as you thought are better fuel milage and air flow along with siding on bottom of trailer.
