I don't know how many of you know about or have used Topaz plug-ins, but trust me when I say you will enjoy what it has to offer. I am not a spokes person for and have not been asked to promote this product, but I enjoy it so much that I feel it should be shared.

Gear Head
I use their noise reduction software and it is a plug-in for Adobe CS5/6. Works really well to keep the images acceptable to my taste.
