I did not ask that question about 16-28. I was referring to the other two lenses since some people mentioned those.

I finally bought NIKKOR 18-35mm f/3.5-4.5G, received it today. checked it out. Happy with results. It is sharp, especially after f8. Sharpness wise may be similar to the 20mm 2.8 but i like the extra zoom. Would be better for street photography which i will test later Thank you everyone for their responses!
My 20mm 2.8 goes on eBay tonight!
