Personally, i don't see the reasoning behind getting a D810 when you already have the E model. Nikon D810 vs D800E ISO Comparison there really is not much difference. I would keep the E for the resolution, sell your 600 & 80 and get the D4s. With the money u were going to spend on the 810, get urself some nice glass. 810 really is not going to give you much more.
