Amazing how we all see things different.. Both are good John but I liked the 1st as it showed the expanse and depth of the field!!

Lol, It's all about personal taste. It's amazing how many shots I don't like of mine that others may think are good. We tend to only keep and show what WE like

I personally like the first one, too. The second one, I would have cropped out a little more off the top of the shot.
