The Graduate and her daughter

I took this photo last year as my sister-in-law graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Business. Pretty proud day for her and her daughter.

I was pretty green (and still am) with Lightroom at the time.

Any feedback / critique appreciated. I can't believe I just found this forum!

Nice portrait. i might crop a little off the top. the background is a bit unfortunate but that is often the case when you have to shoot them where you find them. Your subjects are spot on though and I expect they are quite pleased with the photo.

Nice picture but indeed, the background next time could be a bit better ;-). White wall on the right side is a bit disturbing...
