The Fort Lauderdale adventure turned up an interesting stone house that was built on the New River when Fort Lauderdale was just a trading post. History before your eyes.... and I particularly liked the fire escape.

The photos in these two posts were taken with my D5100 and 18-55 kit lens. I believe it is a phenominal combination and I'd recommend one to anyone.

A rendering is simply an interpretation of a figure/object/scene.

A rendering is a translation, interpretation, or a drawing. (noun)
An example of a rendering is an artist's interpretation of a scene.

A depiction or interpretation, as in painting or music.

This is the Intercoastal Waterway. It has breached the seawall and is now level with A1A. I had to turn around because the flooding was too deep for Cooter. This boat dock is completely submerged.
