Syncing photos

I hope this topic isnt to much off the radar but I need some help.I have a mac and an I-pod.My I-pod was running slow and not responding to touch so I upgraded the software. After the upgrade it wont sync all my photos. I do have enough room and all my photos were on the I-pod prior to. So i did restore back to my software and still it wont sync all my photos. I did a restore to factory settings although a lot of my photos from my I-photo came through still missing a lot.I am wondering two things if it is possible to get all my photos from I-photo to my I-pod or if not delete all photos on my I-pod and just sync photos in my favorites.I did some research and if you put a few photos in at one time it will work but I ma not sure how to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know there are a lot of people with more knowledge on this then myself.Thank You in advance for some help
