Suggestions needed for next lens

I currently have a Nikon d7000 with the following lenses:

Nikon 50mm f1.8 AFS
Nikon 35mm f1.8 AFS
Nikon 18-105 f3.5-5.6 AFS
Nikon 50-200 f4.5-5.6 AFS

I would like something that has a little wider range than the 18, and looking at maybe the Tokina 11-16. Would mostly use it to shoot landscapes, and possible for real estate photography.

I think the set of lenses I have are pretty good, for most shots I do: family, travel, etc.

Any suggestions on type of lens you would purchase next, preferably not too expensive, say $500 and under.

Thanks!

The Tokina seems to be popular here. Have you read through the Wide Angle lens forum?

I just did some real estate photography a week or so ago using my Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 AT-X and it was juuust the ticket. Love that lens. You'll get some distortion (especially at 11mm end) but Camera RAW/Photoshop correct it with a couple clicks of the mouse. And since your D7000 has an internal focus motor you can get the cheaper version and stay within budget.

Sounds like the Tokina is your ticket.
However, I think a FX camera is the ideal solution which will eliminate all of the wide angle issue if you switch to full frame. ;)
