I love this.....unfortunately you would get pulled over and arrested for doing this here. This reminds me of an old picture from Holland or somewhere similar I saved somewhere of a mom on her scooter with two kids riding very much like this out shopping.

I thought the same when I saw it - Why would you buy a helmet for yourself only, and not the children?
