Curious what the process is to remove the OLPF from my D750. What difference did it make for you ?

Well the process, for me, was boxing up my camera and sending it to Life Pixel with instructions to remove the OLPF and ship it back to me; they did all the heavy lifting.
The difference is clearer, sharper images. The above link has a lot of information as well as before and after example shots. I also started a thread about having the filter removed which, if you're interested, you can read here: I Had the OLPF Removed From my D750. That thread is a little dated so prices and policies and such at Life Pixel may have changed of course.

One last question....any huge effects on white balance ? I think i need to do this. You've been very happy with the decision to modify your camera ?

I haven't seen any change in white balance at all. I shoot RAW primarily so white balance for those shots is pretty much whatever I want it to be but when shooting JPG, I've not noticed any change at all; white balance seems just as spot-on as it always has been.
And yes, I've been very happy with my decision. The increase in sharpness will probably not totally blow you away when you first start shooting so don't expect it to; it's more subtle than that. The clarity and sharpness are definitely there and I find I need to do far less sharpening during post processing to get the... I'm going to say clarity again, for lack of a better word, that makes an image pop.
