If it is a D lens then no. It has no internal focus motor. And the D3200 does not have a focus motor either. So it will be a manual only lens.
And for the first part. If it is a Nikon lens mount it will attach to the D3200. But again, it will not auto focus.

Hi in the lens specification it says "Focus Details-Internal"..What does this means..Is this means it has a in built focus motor??

Wont autofocus with your camera, but would af with series D7xxx, D50/70/90...300s and full frames (all of them being equipped with the motor drive). Good lens, yet very affordable.
