Shaky hands issue compensated with higher shutter speed?

My Sigma C 150-600 does a weird creeping off-center thing if I forget to turn it off on a tripod. There was another guy here with the same problem on a different Sigma.

Wow. But, now you're getting into a whole other can of worms. Third-party VR lenses...
I've had good luck with the high-end Tamron's, but I haven't ever tried Sigma.
