Severe shutter issues i think! Please help!

Hi everyone,
I recently began shooting again with my NIKON D90, and Thick black lines were appearing across the images. Turns out nothing wrong with the lenses I use, but in fact it was the camera. I used my phone to capture these images and was hoping if someone could enlighten me on what has happened and what I should do about it!

Most likely a new shutter would cost between 2-300 dollars. Wouldn't be worth it in my opinion.

You can get a used D90 for less then 400 dollars, and a used D300 for about the same price, at a reputable dealer with a 90 day warranty.
