It doesn't help that email notifications haven't worked in months. I stop in every week or so for a few seconds and check the first couple threads and that's it.

@nickt - the email issue should be fixed now. And those of us who are regular mods got a status upgrade to help with member log in issues. We can now reset a member's password to help with log in issues which we couldn't do previously.
