*blushes* guys, lol....much rather the photo taking side of a dslr, haha....but if you think that way, I say thank you for the compliments, haha

You know, I moderate a VW/Audi forum and host a Pic Of The Month contest every month (for a free t-shirt) and last month's theme was "Self Portrait". I posted up that super-old portrait from the L110 as my example shot and have felt guilt ever since. I think it's high time I get to making a new self portrait, eh?

I'm in on this one but you'll have to wait for about a week because I'll have to take about 300 snaps to find a decent one and then it will be in post production for a few days at least...lol

Snap made a few hours ago by my 8 year old son with an old Sony P&S that he was aiming in the dark...guess I probably need to show him the infrared focusing aid...lol But at any rate that is me fishing...didn't catch a thing or get a single nibble but it sure was nice out this evening...perfect weather and a good moon...

Ew, no. I only go to the Poortex for tech articles and a couple specific threads. I moderate on DubKorps under the s/n "TheGuyWithTheVolkswagen". There are plenty of ways to get free DK stickers if you're a member ;)

Yeap, that's way classier anyway. the tex is terrible for a lot of reasons yet there are those articles that are why i keep going back unfortunately.. I should look in to the DK page. Anyways, I'll play too I guess..

You should definitely stop by DK. I post in the Photo A Day thread on Vortex but DK has a big photography base and monthly contests. Come check us out!
