Astrophotography has been put on hold as its the wet season and very humid each night, waiting for the dry season to start again.

Had a storm this afternoon and I was prepared

It started watching a nice storm and waiting.

And then the rain came and lightning was all around me time to run for covers.

Oh how is this driving to Darwin and see these two beautiful Brolgas right on the side of the road. I turn around and pull up on the opposite side of the road and guess what I get...

Now they were not moving very fast...

And I was looking for these Azure Kingfishers everywhere and he pops up on powerlines grrrrr.

Had a storm tonight, no major lightning but some cool clouds.

Well it seems a certain time of the year my frog changes from a bright green to a dark green, or is this a different frog???
