Well I figured I better start another 'Random' thread but seeing as there are so many Random people posting random things I have changed my title

And for my first post here is something that I am wanting to do more of this year and actually land a Barra (Barramundi), so I need a good fishing rod.
Now what these rods lack in size they do not lack in strength and you can fight a 50kg fish for a few hours and pull her in

Has Jabiru got any fishing spots close by, or do you have travel a bit to get to them ?

The culverts up the highway are around 15km pulling 80cm Barra out of them.

Ok I think a few have asked or expressed interest in my non existent back up system. Now adding ext HDD's to an iMAc can be challenging but I found these 4 x USB 3x things that work a treat.

Lacie Rugged External HDD's, travelled through Africa.

Charging station for both D600 & D800E

External USB 3.0 thingies and 2 x External HDD's

Multy card reader and cords...

The set up nice and neat

And this was 2 years ago when I said I was working. This is just a fresh water crocodile that I found in the carpark, but had no one to take the pic for me. And I would be sacked if anyone found out I took this.

Ok well I caught and landed my first Barramundi a legal 58cm one

PS it was very wet and lots of annoying flies.
