Buffalo, my butt. You were trying to take a macro of a bug on the windscreen. Glad to hear you survived, nonetheless; hope the bug did, too.

Well news is I should be home in a few days. A bit of bruising and broken bones, stiff and sore. Right hand will be in a platster cast for 6 weeks.

Glad you're alive Scott. You may want to rent a left handed camera for a few weeks. :unconscious:

Good to hear you are on the mend Scott. The good news is that after doing everything with your left hand for six weeks you might end up being ambidextrous ;)

I am so glad your doing so well Scott! Time to learn liking the tripod buddy, and give that hand and arm time to heal up! No more playing chicken with buffalo buddy, even if they are just a big bug on your windshield! Lol ;)

So we can expect to see some upside-down photos for the next few weeks? ;)

Delighted to hear you are getting better.

Scott, I can only begin to tell you how grateful we are that you're on the mend and will be home soon. The beat up/bruised/broken bones will heal, we're fortunate that you're still here to post about it.

Well, Scott, if there's a bright side to this frightening and painful ordeal... if you had to have an auto accident, I'd say colliding with a buffalo and rolling your vehicle 6 times certainly qualifies as doing it with panache!!! Once the pain goes away and life gets back to normal again, you'll have a great story to tell out of the deal!

Seriously, though, it's great to see you back! I'm so sorry this happened to you, but I'm very happy to hear you're on the mend. From the description of your accident, it sounds like you're extremely fortunate to have survived!
