Boy did I blow it!! Yesterday the Moon and Jupiter were fairly close together and I thought it would make an interesting photo. But I had other commitments yesterday and though they would be even closer to each other tonight. So I had my Nikon D7200, the Sigma 150-600mm lens, and the Giotto tripod all set up and ready to go tonight. But guess what? My astronomy knowledge has obviously gone to pieces. The Moon and Saturn were very much apart, rather than closer together tonight. The image was not worth taking. Oh well, such is life!!

I failed too, i had to hang out over my balcony to see it, so hand held and i couldn't see Jupiter in my pics.
