LOL waiting in the wings.
while chasing the Vermillion i spotted a red tail sitting below this nest, thru my binoculars i could see something furry, i thought i was a little early for chicks, so i walked over for a closer look, i think its a possum?? it never moved in the 5 mins i was there, so unless this is a possums nest or he was totally drunk last night and went home with the wrong chick, then the hawk must have left it there.
