well thats Sept in the Books, 3/4 of the way thru this challenge, now comes the hard part for me, shorter days and early dark nights, at least the hot weather is drawing to a close.

went out for a quick run around san jacinto, spotted a few more returning birds, winter must be coming?

high on my target list for my weekly thread, i spotted her landing in the same tree twice in about 15mins, maybe i have a place to get close to it???

Took a run up to Lake Hemet to see if i could spot the eagles, not today, only raptors were the Harrier and a white tail kite which i didnt get, i did get a few smaller birds, a first and a few i havent got in a while, so a happy days shooting.

shot this at the foot of the mountains, i wanted to get up there before the sun was shining in my eyes.
