I just missed two of them fighting. Question, i know they lay their eggs in a Tarantula, does that mean their are tarantulas about here??

They have a fairly narrow range of food plants and, due to habitat loss, they tend to range pretty far. One of their favorites is the Mohave reed milkweed. There are several stands of it at the Arb where they have been feeding, but I don't know of any tarantulas ever reported there, though they used to be very common when I was a kid.
