We have those visit every winter... An old farm house in the country is a place of warm haven for a field mouse... of course my terrier has kinda messed that up.
The only thing that scares my wife more than mice is snakes. I am familiar with that scream.

this guy is a dead ringer for a guy I used to ride with(blue jeans instead of a kilt... they just do not work on a bike). We called him Pops... Everybody has a twin somewhere.

a day of two halves, first was Lake Skinner, it was dead, then i drove over to San Jacinto, 108 deg today, with the exception of the grebe and terns at Skinner, everything else was shot from inside the car.
now i know what bushes to find the Tarantula Hawk wasps.
