Nice series of shots, Roy. When I first saw the Barn Owl in you 52 thread, I only saw the head/face as I was scrolling down. I thought, WOW that's a great close up shot. I wonder how he got that. Then I scrolled down farther and saw it was being held by a handler. Ha! Still a nice shot.

It's Roy's variation of my super glue on the hummer's twig trick -- make shooting so much easier

Finally got my new filter (Friday) and its up and running in my house tank. Planted lots of new plants, they still haven't straightened out yet, but its getting there, I will get my water tested at the fish store this week, do a water change before I start to buy new fish. I have 4 fish in my tank at present, they must be hardy ones. I really should use my 35mm on the tripod for these shots, next time.

I bounced my camera of the van floor tonight, turned a corner (slowly) and I heard a crash, never said as many f's in one sentence before, don't know where it hit, stopped and gave it a good look over, fired a few test shots and luckily everything seems to be fine, shot that last moon after it. note to self, leave the camera on the floor, it cant fall any further from there.
