i watched the hawk eyeing up a few squirrels between him and i, i thought for sure he was going to swoop down and get one of them, i focused on one squirrel, looked up and the hawk was gone, tried to catch him, but shutter speed was to low.

i have about 50 Taekwondo pics to go thru for the studio, plus i want to get a shot of the birds nest (says phoebe) thats nesting at the front door, need to stick my ladder up and use my flash, should be about 6 feet from it, thats tomorrows project.

I sucked at using my tripod today, missed alot of birds, went back to the car for my BR strap, far better.

Also i noticed alot of movement / slack between my camera and my 500 lens, turned out 3 of the 4 main screws that hold the metal plate were loose, $1 glasses repair kit from the dollar store fixed that.

sent from Pandora's 'Mr Bean' blue lagoon.

i think i had lifted the tripod along with the camera to get these, changed out for the strap and hand held after this.
