i havent seen this since the 80's when it was the wall of death, we stood on the top and watched them ride around the inside, still cool to watch.

Done that in the late sixty's,once and never again plus i didnt get far up the wall

Futher up it than me ? It use to amaze me how they sat on the bike with their hands and feet pointing in towards the center, trottle stuck open going round and round.

Snapped a big snapper (turtle) today, must have been about 2foot long, with his head in he was longer than my camera and 500mm extended, tried to lift it with one hand, failed to budge it. lol

another Killdeer walked towards me, couldnt see any chicks this time, wondering now if there was a nest close by?

i have been suffering with my Gout the last few days, so going here i can sit in the car and not do any walking, its easing off a little now, thank goodness.

a gray day, it rained on and off, nothing to heavy, no where near the flash floods they promised yesterday.
