My battery has died on my laptop and the charger won't get it past 6%, real slow, so ordering a new one and will play catch up next week.

When I had that happen a few years ago, I found that i could remove the battery and just use the charger to power the laptop. It worked until I got the new battery. I'm not an expert on this, but the charger did not have to do double work trying to charge a fried battery.

Working Walt, still sluggish, might need to delete and re install capture NX-D?

all systems go, new battery, charging cord and XQD reader, i bought a different reader, a non Sony one to try it, worked OK for today's downloads and 1/2 the price.
