Hey,
Doc decided last visit that I was doing too well for surgery. So, finishing up PT to get the supporting muscles stronger. The cartilage tear will never heal :shame:, but the shoulder doesn't hurt like it did, and I have much better range of motion now. Still gets fatigued and a little sore if overworked. I had a dramatic improvement over the last week. Yay.
