i walked this path looking for the Burrowing Owls, never saw any, never even saw a nest, i had 5 nests a few years back, they must have moved on??

Don't you have to be up really early to see an owl? I've heard them hooting before at like 2am.

these ones live underground and are out during the day. i got a Great Horned Owl today at San Jacinto.
