Weekly run out to San Jacinto, still having back problems so shooting mostly from the car. Spotted a few first returning birds today, still waiting on the Mountain Bluebirds.

Redheads, Scaups and Ring necked ducks in there, loads of coots, black neck stilts and ruddys. Would have been nice to get closer to these.

first sighting of the male northern harrier in a while, i did get out of the car for this, in hind sight i should have reversed a bit and got out to get in front of him.

@Kevin H finally spotted him again, 1/4 mile up the road the female was snacking on something, angled the car to shoot but she flew off.
