this shot was a joint effort with Ryan and myself, i was driving past hanging out the window taking the shot and Ryan was steering the car, the birds are flying off if you stop but are ok if you keep moving.
i get an ebird alert everyday, at SJ its reading 100's gulls, shovelers etc, i am not seeing this amount, i wonder if they are at the lake which got filled in Feb, cant drive over to the lake and it is a hike away.
