i dont know what the hawk is but it looks like he was munching on something while circling high above, out of reach for my 300mm.

thanks @Stoshowicz that was my first guess, but i couldnt match it with any pics, first one i have seen around work, only wish he was a little closer.

yellow rumped warbler, a rare cloudy day today, actually rained this morning, i had a plastic bag in my back pocket just in case.
