anyone know what this little bird is, i am stuck between a possible white crown sparrow or a field sparrow???

we were getting ready to leave when i saw a photog with a model, they were across the lake from me, but i took a shot anyway, should have gotten a little closer,

and a better location, i had branches from the tree on her, which i only saw during PP.

thanks for the confidence booster [MENTION=10762]Kevin H[/MENTION] , i had to go way slow on the SS as we were under a tree and not much light, glad the VR works well hand held.

Thanks for the research, two new birds for me. :D

lucky enough to have a red shoulder hawk land beside me, well across the street. Think he was after a lizard or something,

of course it landed in the non sunny side of the street

at least i am caught up again, had a bad few days with Ryan, his meds ran out and he was in a bad way, day 2 of back on his meds and a huge change, almost back to normal.
