old age is not a benefit when you are recovering from an injury. I can walk around the house pain free, any extended physical activity pain free is still to come.

@mikew if i was a horse they would have shot me by now. lol i am taking it easy, i drive and take my pics out the car window, if i walk a little too far it tells on me, it was tough tonight, shot 5 pics of a finch and went home to put my feet up, hope the better days come soon.

Remember if the new meds are painkillers is possible to push your self too far if you dont feel the pain,pain is natures way of saying steady down you have a problem.

He's probably on the wrong pain meds. Roy is in California, where some "pain meds" are now legal. The kind that makes you giggle a lot and gives inspiration and the munchies.:triumphant:

tried to get some indoor work shots today, its seems the ride home is killing my leg, all i want to do is rest it when home, not sore at all during the day. Must be on the mend?

update and catch up time.
Friday i went back to the doc's, said i was 75% better and took the large brace of and applied a smaller one, i thought great, off to ventura for the weekend, friday night i regretted not bring my big brace, pain all night, about 3 hour sleep, new pain meds were not helping, went to ojai with rebecca, she ended up with 1 2nd and 3 3rds, back to the hotel and still in pain and little sleep, sitting at the pool today, i wanted to see what the hinge was like on the new brace, took it out and the doc had put them in backwards, for me to bend the brace i would have needed to kick myself up the face, no pain at the moment, hope it keeps up.
now to sort out a few days of pictures, i will get there.
