i had about 30 bushtits jumping thru the bushes beside me, the blue gray gnatcatcher was among them

took a run out to Palm Springs for our 17th Wed Anniversary, had the babysitter mind the kids at home, first time without them in 12 years.

quick shot from the room, no birds on the lake, plenty of large turtles and catfish which are used to getting feed from everyone

always wanted to find one of these, seen a cocoon of one a few weeks ago, now this, it was dead hence the 2 poses. lol, alive one soon.............................
