My houseguest, Anna Grechishkina from Ukraine has departed Savannah, continuing on her Around the World motorcycle journey...

Her "I Have A Dream Tattoo"

On the road.... She will be missed....

We have exchanged contact info, photos, phones email and Facebook... I also
have a tracking link so I can literally follow her on the rest of the trip.

It was a great experience to host this lady from Ukraine with a passion for travel
and motorcycles which I also have. We enjoyed her stories of travel and discussed
life etc in her country. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Anna, be safe my friend!

I totally agree... I really enjoyed this visit and I would do it again in a heartbeat! I had done it once before with a young couple (each riding a KLR) from the Toronto area. (Not as exotic I know..) They ended up staying several days, touring Boston etc. I lived in NH at the time. Several months later, they got married while still traveling and we are in touch still today.

That is also one of the things I like about Nikonites.. the various cultures and learning from the photo's and conversations... What a blessing!

Ok, made a trip out to Pinckney Wildlife Refuge out by Hilton head... In the past it has given me good bird opportunities but this day was a bust...

I took a few shots with the Tamron Beast just to try it out...
