There are many options but I have the Premium which is currently $140 a year (and I have a domain name through GoDaddy). If you can get by with their unlimited plan (and I probably could) it is only $60.
There are other options besides zenfolio but this seemed to "fit me". If you end up going with Zenfolio, I do have a discount referral code which you will get 10% off .. (I also get an equal credit for full disclosure)

Chris, Zenfolio has various templates etc that you can use... the tools are all provided..
Check out zenfolio.com
They have samples etc and even a 14 day free trial to play around with...

Saw the sunrise colors from the backyard (too many trees...) so grabbed the camera and went out front
to get a shot.... grabbed the cockpit of the BMW F650 Adventure bike on the way back in...
