I have never seen anything like that...
I wanted to take a picture of the old hays County Courthouse... Heading up the street, they had a farmers market on San Antonio Street, in front of the Courthouse.
There was a street performer there, he was quite good!
I got a couple of the courthouse, between all the people and tents....
After the streets of San Marcos, we headed towards Lyn's brothers (Ralph) home to visit with the family. On the way we passed a Veterans Memorial and I had to stop and go back to grab a few shots!
Sharon, Lyn's sister said it would be nice to get a few family picks... we decided best time was at James & Dianne's since everyone was there.
I brought my tripod along...
On Tuesday, 4/14, We spent the day sightseeing... Driving first up to Wimberly and "Devils Backbone"... Then down to Gruene (Pronounced Green) near New Braunfels.
Leaving Wimberly, we drove south to Gruene (pronounced Green) Texas. On the way, we stopped at a famous landmark from the end of Prohibition, Riley's Tavern! For those who would like to know a bit more... Historical Marker - Riley's Tavern
