Well, we're in NW Ohio. I heard in the way too early morning AG Report on the radio that there's 93,000 head of cattle (Including milk moo moo's) in the county we live in.

While there are a lot of cows, I can't figure out where they're hiding 93,000 of them. I can probably find 2 or 300 cows. There are a couple of places that have high security and extremely large buildings in the distance though. I'm guessing they're hiding them there. Mass producers of any type of food don't like you looking at how your food is handled.

It's all a bit suspicious to me.

I know there's a mega-egg farm in the next county over. Everyone over there was trying to prevent it from being built. However, money always wins in the end. That place also has high security... It's one of the reasons we have our own egg factory. We know exactly what's going into the eggs. Fresh Bugs!! It's the good stuff!

Also, if you live in this area, never talk bad about Monsanto in public. You'll wind up missing, never to be found again. ::what::

Made we wonder how many cattle there were in my State.

On January 1 there were 1.220 million head of cattle and calves on Alabama farms according to figures released by the Alabama Agricultural Statistics Service.

15th Anniversary Weekend!

Rock on the Range 2013

It begins like this

Then we throw it and us in the car, drive three hours just to wind up in VIP parking just outside Gate 7 of The Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. The
Trunk-Bar is officially open.

Our friends eventually show up and the Trunk-Bar is officially off to a great start!

After we're totally sloshed, we head on in for some fun with 30,000 of our closest friends, plus 10,000 new friends this year!

How can one go to a Rock Concert without doing Bath Salts? (In a Jacuzzi, in our hotel room!)

Would you believe everyone we hang out with are Trauma Nurses, Doctors, Toledo Police, DEA, Toledo Fire, and/or Paramedics? Yeah, they can party!

Again, no party can be complete without Spider man!

I just thought this was a cool looking truck. Plus we got free beef jerky!

Gavin, the lead singer of Bush, came to visit us old people in the stands!

Ya shoulda seen security scramble when he darted into the crowd. LOL

...and the party after the party at the Trunk-Bar. Everyone gets toasted except me. I have to get me and my wife back to the hotel safely.

Day 140 (Wash, Rinse, Go Home)

Well, the party is over. Time to be responsible once again. The wife is already off to work saving lives. I'll be back tomorrow at work sitting at my computer trying to figure out exactly what happened this weekend.

This is the leftovers from the Trunk-Bar. I have no idea where most of it came from.

It's a bad photo, but it's the only one I'm taking today. I'm tired. REAL tired.

Next year, I might be taking the Nikon. I think we're getting too old to go down on the floor with all that craziness going on.

I really, REALLY should've taken today off of work also. No energy at all today. Need. To. Mow. No. Energy. To. Mow.

I did figure out why my photos in LR has been all out of order. My camera's date got set to 2012 somehow... I'm eyeing my children suspiciously right now.

Day 145 (Holly's Wedding)

This is Holly. She married some guy, but we all know today is not about him. It's all about her!

Holly. My Wife. Amanda. Besties! I probably should crop this a little tighter. Didn't notice the drunk on the left. :very_drunk: One thing I learned though, is
if my wife keeps dragging me to all these functions that are in subdued lighting, I'm going to need a different lens.

Still trying for the wind turbine shot. I like this one the best so far. I think I'm gonna walk a half mile through the cornfield next time, instead of cropping the photo so it's clearer.
