These were take a couple weeks ago. Our Squirrels ate part of the bluebird feeder, since then, Andy has built a new bluebird feeder that will be in pictures to come. As of yesterday, the babies are big enough to look out of the house window. Now I need to do something to deter the neighborhood cats from hanging out in our yard at night. Last year one of the cats got all 3 of our baby bluebirds.

Maybe play reruns of Tom and Jerry in the window overlooking the yard.

Here are some of my jail birds. There's a public road that runs through part of the prison property that is full of a lot of wild life where I take a lot of my photos. Unfortunately, they are planning do something with the property as the jail is getting old and dilapidated and none of the proposed plans have anything to do with preserving the wildlife. The first 2 photos are of Bobolinks. They nest there and I believe I was told this is one of the few if only place in Kentucky they still breed.
