The sun would poke out from between clouds occasionally. On the way to work I see these fantastic sunrises, but when I get a chance to get out same story low cloud cover. Left just in time had been watching the showers come out of the southeast. Supposed to get more of the same Monday.

My adopted home city of St Petersburg Russia is made up of 44 islands and 600 bridges in the city center so canals and rivers are part of city life. They are also favorite photo subjects for visitors.

Here is one from May 8 2018 from near my home in the historic city center.

Not had chance to pop on lately, moved house and went exploring Yorkshire for a while..here is one of the River Dee on the Yorkshire / Cumbria border and one from Staithes Harbour.
