Thanks Roy. North and south would be a road, actually, don't think I've seen any canals running north and south in my neck of the world.

A cold day for the South Haven lighthouse on Lake Michigan. The lake was a fairly calm today allowing brave sightseers to get some closeups. I stayed on the shore with my 55-200 with my D7000.

I should have closed down more. It wasn't much but it isn't enough.

It was too dark to find the exact same spot for this shot. The ice melted which was too bad. Next time I need to make some marks I can find during the night.
