Renting a lens - UK

Hey guys, I'm going to Iceland on the 17th of Feb for a couple of days, and were thinking about renting a lens to use when I'm there - for landscapes/cityscapes. I will be hoping to photograph the Aurora Borealis whilst I'm there, so something with low light capabilities will be awesome.

I'm using a D3200, which will probably limit my options a lot, but having a look at prices in the UK, it seems very affordable for me, as I will only need it for 6 days.

Having a look at websites such as Camulet photography and lensesforhire.co.uk there is a huge selection, but I just don't know which one will be perfect for my environment and beginners DSLR! lensesforhire.co.uk are doing a special, 50% on everything throughout February so it may be a good idea to get something from there.

cheers!

Mineores - the 50mm is not wide enough for general landscape

Have a look at the 12-24mm f/4 DX lens they have as an alternative (£62 for seven days).
There's also lenses like the Tokina 11-16 f/2.6 which is meant to be a very good wide angle lens (and cheaper for seven days @ £46)

Also let them know you're taking it abroad as they need to know this.

I ordered the Sigma 18 - 35 f/1.8 for landscapes (decided I didn't want be totally restricted by the WA)
and the Sigma 50mm f1.4 because I want to get some experience with a prime lens before I invest in one.

I can't wait to go to Iceland in two weeks, and hope to take some cracking shots!
