It would probably be useful if you'd use a post processing software. The thing that is difficult to accept in a photograph is when the horizon is not leveled. This is the case here. Any simple program could level and crop this shot and it would be very beneficial.
I took the liberty of straightening it up for you but I had to loose some of the image to do so.
This is something that you'll have to check before you depress the shutter. It is something that we sometimes forget to do because you are looking through the camera, but forgetting the frame and to look at the overall composition. Practice makes perfect... they say.
Hey thanks I was trying to do that in Aperture but it wouldn't let me for some reason ,have to back into the program and find out why.BTW I was on the downslope of a bridge when I took the picture . Just figured it out how to do it .
