Re: Recharagble batteries?
One set of Eneloops is probably very sufficient for most people. I would start that way, and test your experience.
I've never seen that flash, but if it uses four batteries, my guess for Eneloops would be around 200 full power flashes, (plus or minus maybe 30). And roughly twice that many half power flashes, and about four times that many 1/4 power flashes, etc. If you leave it on long periods, then it probably depends on how its standby mode works too.
That is a lot of flashes, and unless you really work the flash unusually hard, Eneloops should easily last a few weeks, with ample opportunity to recharge them. You can always recharge "early and often", which is no problem for NiMH. Which also depends on how your charger works, but maybe an hour or less for most recharges, unless you really drain them.... the time and effort is no big deal now and then.
Out of curiosity, does anyone know roughly how many flashes they get with a full charged set of batteries? Reason I'm asking is because I've just bought a yongnuo 468II Flash and don't know wether I should order 1 or 2 sets of batteries for it..
