I get a similar kit from Cowboy Studio for Christmas, but haven't had much time to work with it. Definitely looks interesting.

Depending on the gear you already have.

I use a collapsible light tent similar to this one: Amazon.com : CowboyStudio 24in Photo Soft Box Light Tent - 4 Chroma Key Backdrops : Photo Studio Shooting Tents : Camera & Photo

I light it with my SB-24, Lumopro LP160 or SB-700 speedlights from either side and the top.

If you already have speedlights and triggers, just buy the box
